Sir Herbert Croft [1]

an English clergyman, was born in London in 1751, and educated at University College, Oxford. He took orders in 1782, succeeded to a baronetcy in 1797, and died in 1816. His publications include, A Brother's Advice to his Sisters (1775): Love and Madness (1780): Fanaticism And Treason (eod.): The Literary Fly (eod.): and other works.
