(1) A L evite, whose sons were "over the works of the Lord," corresponding to Sudias (1 Esdras 5:26), Hodaviah ( Ezra 2:40 ), Judah ( Ezra 3:9 ), Hodevah ( Nehemiah 7:43 ).
(2) An ancestor of Jesus in Luke's genealogy ( Luke 3:26 , the King James Version "Juda").
