( Ε᾿Ννατάν v.r. Ε᾿Λναθάν , Vulg. Ennagam), given ( 1 Esdras 8:44, where it is perhaps but an original misprint for Ennatan) as the name of one of the principal men directed by Ezra to procure priests for the returning party of exiles; apparently a corruption for the second ELNATHAN (See Elnathan) (q.v.) of the Hebrews text ( Ezra 8:16).
