Amos Davis [1]
a minister in the Methodist Episcopal Church South, was born in Bullock County, Georgia, in 1829. He was converted and licensed to preach in 1854; became a member of the Florida Conference subsequently, and labored until his death, March 16, 1864, See Minutes of Annual Conferences of the M.E.
