Refusing to take the oaths at the Revolution, he was suspended; but complying. in 1690, he was restored, and became dean of St. Paul's in the following year. William Sherlock [1]
a learned English, divine, was born in Southwark, London, in 1641. educated at Eton, and thence removed to Peter House, Cambridge, in May, 1657.
