zḗ - boi´im ( צבים , cebhōyim ; the Septuagint uniformly Σεβω ( ρ Ο2 επ ) ίμ , Sebō ( e ) ı́m ; the King James Version, Zeboim ): One of the cities in the Vale of Siddim, destroyed with Sodom and Gomorrah. It is always mentioned next to Admah ( Genesis 10:19; Genesis 14:2 , Genesis 14:8; Deuteronomy 29:23; Hosea 11:8 ). It is not to be confounded with Zeboim mentioned in 1 Samuel 13:18 and Nehemiah 11:34 . The site has not been positively identified, but must be determined by the general questions connected with the Vale of Siddim. See Siddim , Vale Of .
