Wilson's Dictionary of Bible Types [1]

Proverbs 16:22 (a) GOD gives a fertile brain and an understanding heart so that we may draw from it the needed help for every problem and need that arises. Of course, there are many who do not have such a mind, and therefore are of little value to society. (See also  Proverbs 18:4).

Webster's Dictionary [2]
