Variation Variableness [1]

1: παραλλαγή (Strong'S #3883 — Noun Feminine — parallage — par-al-lag-ay' )

denotes, in general, "a change" (Eng., "parallax," the difference between the directions of a body as seen from two different points), "a transmission" from one condition to another; it occurs in  James 1:17 , Rv, "variation" (Av, "variableness"); the reference may be to the sun, which "varies" its position in the sky. In the Sept.  2 Kings 9:20 .
