tō´ken ( תּכן , tōkhen , "task," "measure"; Codex Vaticanus Θόκκα , Thókka  ; Codex Alexandrinus Θόχχαν , Thóchchan ): One of the cities of Simeon, mentioned with Rimmen and Ashan (  1 Chronicles 4:32 ). The name does not appear in Joshua's list ( Joshua 19:7 ), but in that place the Septuagint gives Thokka, from which we may infer that the name has fallen out in the Hebrew. It is not identified.
