Thomas S. Cassady [1]
a minister in the Methodist Episcopal Church South, was born at Montgomery, Va., in 1817. He was converted in his twentieth year; three years later received license to preach, and in 1845 entered the North Carolina Conference, and labored faithfully until his decease, Dec. 11, 1849.
