Thomas Capp [1]

an English Wesleyan minister, was a native of Methwold, Norfolk. Converted when fourteen, he united with the ministry in 1834, and died on his last station, Shrewsbury, July 12,1862. His sermons were clear, correct in doctrine, vivid in illustration, and were sometimes illuminated by passages of impassioned eloquence. He loved specially the Puritan divines. He was cheerful.
