Thomas Biddle [1]

an English Baptist minister, was born at Staines, Middlesex, in 1795, and, when young, became a member of the Church in his native town. Subsequently he removed to Kingston, Surrey, and united with the Church at that place. He began to preach in the villages near his residence. About 1828 he became pastor of the Church at Brockham Green, near Dorking, Surrey, where he passed the remainder of his life. He died Feb. 8, 1858., See (Lond.) Baptist Hand-book, 1858, p. 47. (J. C.
