an Italian painter, was born near Genoa about 1585, and studied under Bernardo Castello. One of his best works is The Dead Christ, with the Virgin, St. Michael, and St. Andrew, in the Church of San Girolamo. He died imprisoned for debt; but Zani says he was living in 1664.
