Nathaniel Mather [1]
an English minister, a brother of Increase Mather, was born in Lancashire in 1630; graduated at Harvard College, 1647, and spent his ministerial life in England and Holland. He died in 1697. He published Two Sermons (Oxon. 1694, 4to; Lond. 1718, 12mo): — A Discussion on the Lawfulness of a Pastor's Officiating in Another Church: — A Fast Sermon: — and Sermons preached at Pinzer's Hall and Lime Street (1701).
