Nathan Williams [1]

a Congregational minister, son of Stephen Williams, D.D., of Longmeadow, Mass., was born Oct. 28,1735. He graduated at Yale College in 1755; was ordained pastor of the Church in Tolland, Conn., April 30, 1760; from 1788 to 1808 was a member of the Corporation of Yale College, and died April 25, 1829. He published, A Dialogue on Christian Baptism And Discipline (2d ed. 1792). See Sprague, Annals of the Amer. Pulpit, 1, 287.
