Ludwig Babenstuber
Ludwig Babenstuber [1]
a German philosopher, was born at Leiningen, Bavaria, in 1660. In 1682 he joined the Order of the Benedictines, and acted for a number of years as tutor at the Salzburg University. In 1716 he retired to his monastery in Ettal, and died there in 1726.
