Loring Brewster [1]
a Presbyterian minister, was born at Weybridge, Vermont, in 1796. He was licensed by the Congregational Association, and appointed over a Church in Addison, Vermont, in 1822. In 1840 he joined the Presbyterian Church (N.S.), and became pastor of a Church at Livonia, N.Y. In 1856 he joined the Hudson Presbytery (O.S.), and became pastor of Bethel Church, New York.
