Lord'Ship, n.

1. The state of quality of being a lord hence, a title of honor given to noblemen, except to dukes, who have the title of grace. 2. A titulary compellation of judges and certain other persons in authority and office. 3. Dominion power authority.

They who are accounted to rule over the Gentiles, exercise lordship over them.  Mark 10 .
