a German Protestant theologian, was born at Herford, Westphalia, in 1595, studied at Giessen alid Rostock, was doctor and professor of theology at Wittenberg, and died at Rostock in 1650, leaving Dissertatio de Praesentia Corporis et Sanguinis Christi us Sacrosancta Eucharistia: — Destructio Fundamenti Papatus, contra Schillerum: — De Conjugio Comprivignorum.
