jā´than ( Ἰαθάν , Iathán ; א , Nathán ): For "Jonathas" in the King James Version, which is the Latin form for the Hebrew "Jonathan." Jonathan was brother of Ananias and "son of that great Sammaias" ( Tobit 5:13 ).
