Clemente Dolera [1]

a Genoese prelate and theologian, was born at Moneglia in 1501. He was a Franciscan, and became general of his order. In 1557 Paul IV made him cardinal, with the title of Sainte-Marie de Ara Celi, and bishop of Foligno.
