(Foreigners' Station) or Petra Inc '''''Î''''' Sa (Cut Rock), a fortified seaport of the Crusaders in Palestine, between Matthew Carmel and Caesarea (Ritter, Erdk. 16:615; Raumer, Pal Ä st. p. 133); now ATHLIT, a most formidable- looking ruin (Van de Velde, Narrative, 1:312-314; Wilson, Lands of Bible, 2:248). (See Ahlab). Under the form Castra ( קסטרה ) it seems to be mentioned by the Rabbins (Reland, Palkest. p. 697; Schwarz, Palest. p. 162).
