( Ἀσαβίας v. r. Σαβίας ), one of the " captains over thousands" who presented victims for the Passover under Josiah ( 1 Esdras 1:9); evidently the HASHABIAH (See Hashabiah) (q.v.) of 2 Chronicles 35:9.
