(Hebrew Ayah', אִיָּה , prop. a Cry, hence a Hawk, as often), the name of two men.

1. (Sept. Ἀϊέ ; but Αἰά , Auth. Vers. "Aiah" in Chronicles) The first named of the two sons of Zibeon the Horite or rather Hivite ( Genesis 36:24;  1 Chronicles 1:40), B.C. ante 1964.

2. (Sept. Αἰά , but in  2 Samuel 3:7 v. r. Ι᾿Ώλ , Auth. Vers. "Aiah.") The father of Rizpah, King Saul's concubine ( 2 Samuel 3:7;  2 Samuel 21:8-11), B.C. ante 1093.
