Halo'hesh. Shallum, son of Halohesh, was "ruler of the half part of ," at the time of the repair of the wall by Nehemiah.  Nehemiah 3:12. (B.C. 446).

Morrish Bible Dictionary [2]

Father of Shallum who helped to repair the wall of Jerusalem.  Nehemiah 3:12 .
