The sea coast shall be dwellings and cottages for shepherds. Zephaniah 2 .
Morrish Bible Dictionary [4]
Temporary booth or lodge, without stability. Isaiah 1:8; Isaiah 24:20 . In Zephaniah 2:6 it is rather a shelter cut out of the rock.
