Smith's Bible Dictionary [1]
Me'ah. (a hundred). The tower of Me'ah . One of the towers of the wall of Jerusalem when rebuilt by Nehemiah, Nehemiah 3:1; Nehemiah 12:39, appears to have been situated somewhere at the northeast part of the city, outside of the walls of Zion.

(Hebrews Meah מֵאָה , a hundred , as often; Sept. ἑκατόν, Μεά; Vulg. cenztum, Emnath ), a tower in Jerusalem, situated on the eastern wall ( Nehemiah 3:1; Nehemiah 12:39), probably at the north-eastern angle of the Temple enclosure (Strong's Harmony and Expos. of the Gospels , Append. ii, p. 19; but it is not likely that the outer wall was different from that of the Temple, as supposed by Dr. Barclay, City of the Great King , p. 152). (See Jerusalem).
