Bravery [1]
a term used in the Auth. Vers. only in its early sense offinery for the Heb. תַּפְאֶרֶת , Tipe'Reth, female ornament, Isaiah 3:18. So in the Apocrypha ( Judith 10:4) " decked herself Bravely" stands for Gayly, as a rendering of Ἐκαλλωπίσατο , presented a fine appearance.
