is the rendering, in the A.V. at  Psalms 42:7, of צַנּוֹר , Tsinnor (from צנר , a root of doubtful import), which Gesenius thinks a Cataract or watercourse ("gutter,"  2 Samuel 5:8), and First a pipe or conduit.
