He pursued his academical studies at Danville, McEwansville, and Lewisburg, and his theological at [[Princeton]] Seminary, where he graduated in 1855. He was licensed to preach in 1859, and was ordained and installed pastor of the Church at Ashland, Pennsylvania, by the [[Presbytery]] of Northumberland. In 1868 he was called to take charge of the [[Pine]] [[Grove]] Church, Pennsylvania, where he soon won the confidence and esteem of all who knew him. Robert C. Bryson [1]
a Presbyterian minister, was born at Spring Hill, Pennsylvania, December 3, 1828. He pursued his academical studies at Danville, McEwansville, and Lewisburg, and his theological at Princeton Seminary, where he graduated in 1855. He was licensed to preach in 1859, and was ordained and installed pastor of the Church at Ashland, Pennsylvania, by the Presbytery of Northumberland. In 1868 he was called to take charge of the Pine Grove Church, Pennsylvania, where he soon won the confidence and esteem of all who knew him.
