Fabrizio Boschi [1]

a Florentine painter, was born about 1570- and studied under Passignani. One of his best works was the Martyrdom of St. Peter and St. Paul, painted for the Church of the Certosa at Florence. In the church of the Dominican convent of S. Lucia is another excellent work, representing the Assumnption of the Virgin, surrounded by angels, with the apostles below. Boschi died in 1642.
