Accos), the name of two or more men. </p> <p> 1. A descendant of Judah, concerning whose genealogy we have only the confused statement that he " begat [[Anub]] and Zobebah, and the families of Aharhel, the son of Harum" (1 Chronicles 4:8). B.C. prob. cir. 1612. </p> <p> 2. The head of the seventh division of priests as arranged by [[David]] (1 Chronicles 24:10). B.C. 1014. He is probably the same whose descendants are mentioned as returning with [[Zerubbabel]] from Babylon, but as being excluded by Nehemiah from the priesthood on account of their defective pedigree (Ezra 2:61; Nehemiah 7:63).
