Samuel Coate [1]

a Methodist Episcopal minister, entered the New York Conference in 1794, and after traveling Flanders Circuit, N.J., and Albany Circuit, N.Y., went in 1806 to Canada as a co-laborer with Dunham, Coleman, and Wooster.
