(Heb. Micaleh'-Adummirm', מִעֲלֵה אֲדֻמַּים , Ascent Of Adummim ; Sept. Ἀνάβασις [also Πρόσβασις and Προσανάβασις ] Ἀκραβίν , Vulg. Ascensio Adommim , Auth. Vers. "the going up of Adummim"), a dangerous pass near Gilgal ( Joshua 15:7;  Joshua 18:17). (See Adummim).
