<p> was a presbyter and abbot of Peartaneu (Bardney), in the province of the Lindissi. He is the authority of [[Bede]] for what he states concerning the early evangelization of Lincolnshire, and the multitude of people baptized in the [[Trent]] by bishop [[Paulinus]] in the presence of king Edwin. Beda calls him a faithful man. </p>
