a Methodist Episcopal minister, was born in Pendleton, Virginia, October 15, 1802. He joined the Ohio Conference in 1827. He was fourteen years presiding elder, twelve years agent for benevolent institutions and societies, and chaplain six years. He died August 20, 1887.
