She'rah. (Kinswoman). Daughter of Ephraim, 1 Chronicles 7:24, and foundress of the Beth-horons, and of a town called after her, Uzzen-sherah, (B.C. about 1445).

Ephraim's daughter, founded the two Bethhorons and Uzzensherah ( 1 Chronicles 7:24). Sherah as all heiress probably received these places as her inheritance, and caused them to be enlarged by her family.
