(Heb. Micaleh'-Adummirm', מִעֲלֵה אֲדֻמַּים, ascent of Adummim; Sept. ἀνάβασις [also πρόσβασις and προσανάβασις ] Ἀκραβίν, Vulg. ascensio Adommim, Auth. Vers. "the going up of Adummim"), a dangerous pass near Gilgal ( Joshua 15:7; Joshua 18:17). (See Adummim).
