COR-ASHAN (AV [Note: Authorized Version.] Chor-ashan, 1 Samuel 30:30 ) is the present reading of MT [Note: Massoretic Text.] , but the orig. text was undoubtedly Bor-ashan . The place may be the same as Ashan of Joshua 15:42; Joshua 19:7 .
