Cesar Egasse Du Boulai (Or Boulay) [1]
Boulai (Or Boulay), Cesar Egasse Du,
a French, writer, was a native of St. llier, in Mayenne, and became professor of the humanities in the college of Na-varre, and rector and historiographer of the university of Paris. He died Oct. 16, 1678. His principal work is Historia Universitatis Parisienasis (1667, 6 vols. fol.), which was censured by the Faculty of Theology, and Boulai replied in Note ad Censuram, etc. Nearly all his other works relate to the university.
