a French Jesuit preacher of the 17th century, was born at Avignon, and is especially known for a funeral oration, published in 1616 at Avignon and at Lyons, under the title, Le Bouclier d'Honneur, oia sont representes les beaux Faicts de tres-genereux et puissant Seigneur feu Messire Louis de Berton, Seigneurn de Crillon, appendu a son Tombeau pour l'immortelle Memoire de sa Magnanimite.
