an Italian theologian and poet, was born at Carra, in Piedmont, and lived in the latter half of the 17th century. He was prior of St. Andrews of Mondovi, chief-priest of Coni, doctor of civil and canon law, and vice- general of the Church of Salvees. He wrote, Il Genio Regale Appagato (Mondovi and Coni, 1646): — Il Sole Besneficio (ibid. 1647): — L'Aurora Opportuna (Coni, 1655): — Le Palme del Giacinto (ibid. 1661): — also some Panegyriques.
