a Flemish theologian, of the order of the Premonstrants, who died in 1635, wrote, S. Thome Cantuariensis et ‘ lHelici II M.b. nomachia de Libertate Ecclesiastica (Cologne, 1624), under the name of Richard Brumceus, and is also the author of Annales Prcemonstratenses.
