William Baldwin (Or Baldwyn) [1]

Baldwin (Or Baldwyn), William

an English schoolmaster and divine of the 16th century, was born in the West of England, and spent several years at Oxford in the study of logic and philosophy. He is said to have followed printing in order to promote the Reformation. Among his various literary labors, he was one of the editors of the Mirror for Magistrates.
