Samuel Walter Tracy [1]
an English Independent minister, was born at Portsea, in February 1778. He studied under Reverend Dr. Bogue, preached at Lichfield, next at Hot Wells, near Bristol, then at Yeovil, was secretary of the London Missionary Society, spent several years on the Continent, and afterwards preached at Hounslow, Chelsea, and Brixton Rise.
