Pietro Marcellino Corradini [1]

a learned Italian antiquary and prelate, was born at Sezza, June 2, 1658. He became an eminent lawyer, and was afterwards canon of St. John Lateran, and finally cardinal in 1712. He was employed in several diplomatic embassies, and died at Rome, February 8, 1743. He wrote several works on ecclesiastical jurisprudence and history, for which see Hoefer, Nouv. Biog.
