shōō - shan´kı̄ts ( שׁוּשׁנכיא , shūshānekhāyē' (Aramaic); Codex Vaticanus Σουσυναχαῖοι , Sousunachaı́oi  ; the King James Version Susanchites ): Colonists in Samaria whose original home was in Shushan ( Ezra 4:9 ).
