( Βαγώ ), the head of one of the Israelitish families ("sons"), to which is assigned the Uthi, son of Istalcuriorus, who returned from the captivity ( 1 Esdras 8:40); evidently the BIGVAI (See Bigvai) (q.v.) of the true text ( Ezra 8:14).
