Jean Giles De Coetlosquet [1]

a French prelate, was born at Saint-Pol-de-Leon, Sept. 15, 1700. He was chancellor of Bourges, and became bishop of Limoges in 1789; was preceptor of the duke of Berry, then of Louis XVI and his brothers, which functions, according to custom, admitted him into the French Academy n 1761.
