1.  2 Samuel 8:3;  2 Samuel 8:12. Josephus (Ant. 7:5, section 1) calls him Araos, and makes Rehob mean "charioteer." A Syrian name. (See Bethrehob.) ( 2 Samuel 10:6;  2 Samuel 10:8).

2.  Nehemiah 10:11.
